Filming a documentary on the inner workings of Congress during the biggest toxic stand off of the modern era makes this a classic.

Watching this it's no wonder nothing gets done by Congress. Who could possibly sit down, concentrate and craft a sensible piece of legislation, never mind attempt to get it passed, in that marbled zoo.
